Terms and Conditions
1. No persons under 18 are allowed on the coach.Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Refunds are not available after the event, any seats that have been booked must be paid for.
3. The Evening Entertainment Company ('The E.E.C.') shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to employees' negligence, in which case liability is limited to the amount of the clients payment.
4. Any person may be required to leave a tour if his or her conduct is in the opinion of The E.E.C. offensive or a nuisance to other passengers.
5. Clubs and restaurants reserve the right to refuse entry if dress or behaviour is unacceptable, if such right is exercised The E.E.C shall have no liability.
6. Complimentary bottle of champagne and 'single-use' camera is limited to one per party as specified.
7. Jeans and/or trainers may not be worn.
8. The E.E.C. reserves: a) the right to stop at additional pick up points and, b) the right to change coaches at any time during the evening.
9. Clients shall return to the coach at the appointed time and if the client does not board the coach within ten minutes the driver shall be under no obligation to wait.
10. Groups of less than 50 people will not be entitled to sole use of a coach, they may be joined by other parties.
11. The E.E.C. will use its best endeavours to adhere to the advertised schedule but reserves the right to alter any itinerary, clients will be notified whenever possible.
12. Tour escorts will join the coach in London, they will not accompany groups from the pick up point to London or from London to the drop off point.
